After this preliminary stage,work will be done with you to build in your strengths and skills to find solutions, make decisions, and to develop more effective coping strategies. Individuals do not live in a vacuum; therefore emphasis is put on a holistic approach which includes​ physical, psychological, cognitive, emotional and social needs. ​
