The Centre for Life Solutions provides counselling, coaching, and therapy to individuals, couples, and families. All services are provided in a personalized, caring, supportive, and confidential manner.

Providing you and your family with your own facilitated life solution toward recovery and treatment from relationship issues in intimacy and sexual health. I am dedicated to providing clients with a safe and healing environment where they can explore healthy ways to return to a life better than they have ever known. I believe that each individual strives for self-development and social meaning, which is found in our sense of belonging, usefulness and contributions to our community.

I am trained as an Adlerian Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I also hold a Certification in Sex Addiction Therapy. I have a great passion about psychotherapy and strive to achieve helping my clients achieve mental health.

I provide therapy for individuals, partners and couples suffering from the consequences of sex addiction and sexual compulsion. I also provide group therapy and support for female sex addicts and partners of sex addicts.

My vision is to help clients achieve sustainable problem resolutions, learn effective coping strategies, and enhance life skills. I offer a professional environment where individuals feel understood, cared for, and supported while achieving their goals. All therapeutic techniques are personalized for each client’s unique situation. I focus on a holistic approach, which includes the physical, psychological, cognitive, emotional, and social needs of each person.
