Many of us have difficulties in our personal relationships from time to time. Often, issues do not get resolved until they are skilfully explored under the guidance of a suitable third party, such as a counsellor or therapist. Problems often stem from communication differences, unrealistic expectations, changes in life style or goals, issues of control, trust, or perceived lack of respect. My work concentrates on the ability of each individual to express his/her needs in a non-critical manner demonstrating respect for the uniqueness of the other individual. Improvement can lead to a positive, mutually respectful relationship in which each member can celebrate his/her own uniqueness as well as enjoy the benefits of the union.
